I’ve spent my life moving between countries, careers, and cultures-and one thing has always fascinated me: people. How we connect, what holds us back, and what helps us grow.
My path has been diverse. I studied Film and Communication at American University in Washington, D.C., worked in films and advertising in the U.S. and India, trained as a chef in New York, and ran my own business in India. Eventually, my curiosity about the human mind led me back to the classroom, where I earned an MSc in Neuroscience & Psychology of Mental Health from King’s College London- home to one of the world’s leading neuroscience and psychiatry research departments.
Today, with 5 years of clinical experience, grounding my work in the realities of mental health care in South Asia, I am an Internationally Certified Addiction Professional specialising in substance use disorders, alcoholism, couples therapy, and sex therapy. I also work with adolescents (15+) and adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity concerns, and life transitions. Having trained and practised across India, the U.K., and the U.S., I bring global expertise while remaining deeply attuned to South Asian realities.
Now based in Goa, I run my private practice and see clients worldwide through remote therapy. My approach is evidence-based yet approachable, professional yet compassionate- helping clients feel understood, supported, and equipped to make meaningful change.
