I’ve spent my life moving between worlds—different countries, careers, and cultures—and one thing has always fascinated me: people. How we connect, what holds us back, and what helps us grow.
My journey began in Washington, D.C., where I studied Film, Communication, and Design at American University. I went on to work in films, advertising, and media in both the U.S. and India. Later, I followed my love for food, trained at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York, and built my own business in India. Eventually, my curiosity about the human mind led me back to the classroom, where I earned a Master’s in Neuroscience in Psychology and Mental Health from King’s College London. After my Master’s, I was fortunate to train in Mumbai with Dr. Ashist Sheth, one of India’s leading psychiatrists, which deepened my clinical skills and grounded my work in the realities of mental health care in South Asia.
These experiences—creative, entrepreneurial, and academic—taught me how to see people beyond labels. I’ve learned to connect with young professionals finding their footing in New York, families navigating complex dynamics in India, and members of the global Indian diaspora balancing tradition and modernity.
Today, I bring all of this into my work as a Sex Therapist, Addiction Therapist, and Intimacy Coach, and as an Internationally Certified Addiction Professional (ICAP). My practice is grounded in global training but deeply sensitive to South Asian realities. With me, you’ll find a space that’s warm, straightforward, and free of judgment—a place where you can talk honestly about intimacy, relationships, or substance use, and start moving toward the life you want.
